This one-day program enhances their skills at developing and maintaining effective coaching relationships in order to improve the performance and growth of others. Participants first assess their performance in 5 key coaching skills and then learn how to apply these skills to a unique 3-step coaching process. Best of all, coaches practice their skills using 3 actual coaching challenges, so they leave with the ability and confidence to put their knowledge into immediate action!

 

What's My Coaching Style?

Understanding personal style is the first step to developing successful coaching relationships. By responding to the 18-item What’s My Coaching Style? inventory and receiving feedback from coachees, participants identify their personal style and build an understanding of the people they coach. Ultimately, coaches learn how modify to their own styles to create better rapport with their coachees.

Coaching Skills Inventory

With the help of the Coaching Skills Inventory, managers can learn conduct coaching meetings with confidence and skill. Participants respond to an inventory of 18 situations to generate an overall coaching-effectiveness profile and subscores for the individual steps. Next, they learn a proven 7-step meeting model to improve their performance. Finally, a reproducable post-training assessment serves as a basis for comparison.
